GIVEAWAY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The organizer of the giveaway is Leander Höfler. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge. By participating, users accept these terms and conditions.

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Europe who—unless otherwise stated—are at least 14 years old at the time of participation. The participant of the giveaway is the person who owns the Instagram account.

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the respective giveaway, the duration of the giveaway is until the 23rd of May 2025.

The prize of the giveaway is a brand new copy of the TTArtisan 75mm f2 lens, compatible with Nikon Z-mount cameras. Prizes will only be awarded to participants who have fulfilled all the criteria required for participation.

The winner of a prize will be notified promptly via direct message on Instagram. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification without delay, but no later than 48 hours after receiving it, and must provide any additional required information. Otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to determine a new winner according to the draw.

The prize will be sent to the winner by post to the address provided. Risk transfers to the winner upon handing over the prize to the postal service. The organizer is not responsible for any shipping damage.

Cash payout of the prize value or exchange of prizes is not possible. Prizes are non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize that may be due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the giveaway.

The organizer’s decisions are final. Inquiries regarding this will not be answered. We reserve the right to suspend the giveaway entirely or temporarily if any difficulties arise that could compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

We also reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Any liability of the organizer, its representatives, employees, and agents for damages arising from or in connection with the giveaway, regardless of the legal basis, is—where legally permissible—limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

All data provided in the course of the giveaway will be deleted after the prize has been distributed. No data will be passed on to third parties.
